• Most items ship within 1-2 business days.
• We make every effort to ship the same day if your order is placed by 1:00 PM CST, or the next day if placed later.
• If you have a question about the shipping timeframe for a specific map, please call 830-438-4080.
• Shipping times given are only estimates. Sometimes items are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If an item is lost in transit, we will replace it; however, we ask that you allow 2 full weeks for the item to reach you.
• Our maps come rolled and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube.
• We use UPS and USPS as our primary forms of shipment.
• You will receive a tracking number by email when your item ships.
